That is the law of this land. Now. you can disagree with those laws. and you can disagree with the terminology. but that is the law. That is the law. in fact. to the point that. in Arizona v. United States. in 2012. Justice Sotomayor asked: So howwhere do they get the records that show that this person is an illegal alien that is not authorized to be here? Was she being racist? pejorative? demeaning? dehumanizing? I dont think so. I dont agree with all of her decisions. but I dont believe that that was her intent when she broached that question there.
