I think that we can talk about Elk versus Wilkins. we can talk about the Calvin case. we can talk about many different cases. but I think when it really comes down to it. Mr. Speaker. we have to talk about the future. We have got to talk about how many people are being smuggled in from all over the world. What is the message being told to people. like my cousins in Australia. that say my God. we hear you guys really want illegal immigration. my God. you reward people for breaking the laws. We have got to send a message that ambassadors are not being discriminated against and their children are not being discriminated against. There is no impunity meant here.
