I mean. we can all. no matter how this comes out. go back and beat our chests that we have really done something to protect the American people from HIV. It is simply not so. Many of these immigrants are already living here. Most of them probably contracted the AIDS virus while in the United States. I mean. this is wonderful. Now that they have contracted the virus we decide to deport them. What do you think they are going to do? They are going to go underground. They are not going to go for treatment or care. They are going underground. not coming forward for counseling and education. and are therefore putting a greater risk to the American population.
