I think he demonstrates that concern and that caring. not just in his public life. but in his private life. as we all know. He is very dear to all of us. He has made an immense contribution to this subcommittee. He has I think at all times put the needs of refugees. who are in many ways the most defenseless human beings on this globe. he has at all times put the needs of refugees first. and I commend him for that.
