They will always be able to count on this Congress for whatever help she needs in an hour of need. And let me make one additional point. I welcome the statement of Mr. Sharon. the new housing minister. who indicated that no additional Soviet emigrants would be settled in the West Bank and Gaza. I think that was a constructive statement. I think it needed to be made. and I congratulate him for It.
