The Meimans are a good and caring couple who have suffered needlessly because they have expressed their desire to leave the Soviet Union. The Soviets have denied Naum and Irma their basic human rights for far too long. I strongly urge the Soviet authorities to allow Naum and Inna the right to emigrate to Israel..
