It is very difficult to find out what is going on inside Nicaragua. as I have said. and far more difficult to find out about people who are incarcerated for political reasons. These issues are kept from the public. and the incarcerations are hidden. But there has been some research recently. and I would like to relate to that research. A man named Wesley Smith has done a report which was just released. The report was based on 500 interviews with Nicaraguan refugees in Central America. The research that began last August was only completed less than a week ago. What is interesting about this is that next to Cuba.
