The choice for America is clear. Its either a little money now to stop the Communists or a lot of money later to take care of the refugees and defend our border. Its either a little effort now to help liberate Nicaragua or a lot more effort later when the Communists are better organized. more entrenched. and more dangerous. The Soviets have made their choice.
