My understanding is that the bill introduced by one of the two gentleman cosponsoring the amendment to cripple us in Central America is a very clear bill. which as I read it clearly would legalize the 500.000 El Salvadoran nationals who are already here and would set the base. I would think. for legalizing the 13 million or so refugees we can expect if Central America and Mexico go Communist. So this bill sort of creates the framework for the United States to absorb I think between 13 and 15 million refugees over the next 10 years. I yield to the gentleman.
