Do I understand correctly what the gentleman is saying is that if we enact the FascellMoakley amendment that is going to be before us next week. what we will do is unilaterally disarm in Central America. we will turn over large portions of Central America. possibly. to Communist domination. which will result in a wave of refugees headed north into the United States? Some people predicted it could be as many as 11 million refugees. Then what we have is a bill that has been introduced that would legalize all of those refugees. almost doubling the number of people today that are classified today as illegal aliens. we are going to legalize those with the bill being introduced.
