The Soviet Government has intensified its campaign of harassment of Jews who exercise their right of religious worship and who participate in Jewish study groups. Increasingly. Jews who are active in the dissident. human rights. and emigration movements are being arrested. tried. and imprisoned on false charges. The latest Jewish emigration figures are truly alarming.
