In my home State of Texas. lawyers funded by the Legal Services Corporation have been representing illegal aliens although such activity has been a violation of Federal law for 2 years. In one case a LSC attorney even went to a deportation station and solicited illegal aliens to become her clients. Clearly. this is not what Congress envisioned when it created the Legal Services Corporation. My other concern is with LSCsponsored litigation itself.
