We must establish a formal line of communication with the Department of Transportation. the Census Bureau. the Department of Immigration and Naturalization to a:hieve this goal. I urge my colleagues to join me in support of this important legislation. The time has long passed for the Federal Government to realize the health of the travel and tourism industry is important to the economic wellbeing of the Nation.
