Mr. Waldheim assured us that he wished to do all in his power to bring relief to the people of Cambodia. He also indicated to us that he would support wholeheartedly a land bridge or a land route to bring supplies into Cambodia. Mr. President. something must be done. The authorities in Phnom Penh have the ability to do that by saying one simple word. and that simple word is "yes." Mr. President. I ask unanimous consent to have printed in the RECORD our report on the refugee situation in Thailand and Cambodia.
