I am proud to join today in commemorating the Polish 3d of May Constitution Day. In western New York. a large percentage of the population is AmericanPolish. and observances will be sponsored this Sunday by the Western New York Division of the PolishAmerican Congress. It is particularly flttifig that the ceremonies should be held at St. Stanislaus Parish and Social Center. St. Stanislaus. which celebrated its 100th anniversary last year. is the "Mother Church of Polonia" in Buffalo. and has been a center of influence for Polish immigrants and their descendants since its founding. The main speaker will be Casimir Lenard. executive director of the PolishAmerican Congress. After a mass at noon at St.
