I would like to point out that included therein is a reference to a Library of Congress study undertaken at my request concerning the qualifications of naturalized citizens in other countries to hold elective office. Of the 91 countries surveyed 52. or 57 percent. allow naturalized citizens to become President. The testimony follows:
