Mr. Speaker. MIKE FEIGHAN has also represented another constituencythe citizens of other lands who have immigrated to America. As chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and Nationality. he has dedicated himself to making the American dream come true for thousands of foreignborn men. women. and children. He has earned the undying gratitude of these immigrants and has kept alive the hopes of untold millions who seek to reach the shores of the United States. As we pay tribute to MIKE FEIGHAN. I am reminded of the inscription on the Statue of Liberty which reads in part. "I lift my lamp beside the golden door." Surely.
