He must comply with all requirements. however. as far as being a good citizen. length of resider.ce. filing of declaration. and so on. is concerned. Only educational requirements are waived. and only to this particular group. I do not know the exact number. but there are several men and women who have been here a great many years who are too old now to meet these requirements.
