I am sure the gentleman understands my purpose in offering this motion. I am sure he is not charging me with any ulterior motive because five of these offices in my State would be closed. My interest in it would be the interest of the people who go to those offices to get information about immigration. naturalization. and citizenship. I have particularly found in the office in my home town which is mentioned there. where people have come long distances for that information. By closing the office I fear they would have to be forced to go to Omaha or Lincoln. 100 or 120 miles away.
