Chairman. I yield myself 2 minutes. When the bill was introduced for deportation of Harry Bridges. the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization discussed this question at its several committee meetings. and by majority vote. voted the bill out for further consideration of the House. In the discussion by members of the committee on Immigration and Naturalization. the committee members had not been satisfied with the findings of the Secretary of Labor and feel that if private bills are passed by Congress for relief of aliens. then that Congress has the same power to deport undesirable aliens Mr. Chairman. I yield 10 minutes to the gentleman from Louisiana .
