That In the administration of the immigration and naturalization laws the Secretary of Labor is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the warrant of arrest and the order of deportation against Mrs. Paclos Pijnan heretofore issued on the grounds that admission to the United States had been fraudulently gained and that she shall hereafter be deemed to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence.
