That in the administration of the immigration and naturalization laws the Secretary of Labor is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the warrant of arrest and the order of deportation against Mato. MilJenko. Bozo. and Augustin Cibilic. or Zibilich. heretofore issued on the ground that admission to the United States has been fraudulently gained and that they shall hereafter be deemed to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence at New Orleans.
