Why not make this bill provide that anyone convicted of violating the laws of the United States shall be deported? Why turn this power over to somebody down here in a bureau to interfere with every visitor who comes to the United States because. forsooth. somebody makes a charge against them that they have attempted to spread propaganda? Propaganda is a farreaching expression. We hear it every day. We see it in every newspaper. It seems to me that this bill goes further than we would be justified in going in a measure of this kind. It should be limited.
