For the RECORD. I want to say that sailors are not regarded as immigrants. Sailors would not have been admitted under the resolution adopted yesterday. but we have thought it best to play safe. I am not alarmed as to the great numbers of the other classes. As I said yesterday they are mostly here in the United States now. Before I conclude I would like to say to all Members that after you have gone to your homes you will receive the quotaallotment figures under the new law and you will find in those quota allotments 100 for Japan. 100 for China. and 100 for each little mandated place in the barred zone and mandated countries elsewhere. but you need not be alarmed about that because that quota is. of course. for those eligible for citizenship.
