I have asked the privilege of coming before the committee in order to present to the committee the suggestion that the scope of subsection (a) of section 4 be enlarged. perhaps. to cover the intent of I. R. 3844. The committee then asked me certain questions. and the discussion is interesting along the lines of the Immigration of the relatives of American citizens. I therefore offer it here.
