At the end of the bill it is proposed to insert the following: All Chinese and other aliens whose emigration is encoutraged or induced by the agreendmt of aiy foieign government or by any integral part thereof or by any foreign colony or dependency. directly or indirectly. with any tresportation company. or who are hirought to the United States as passengers by any transportation company having any agreement with any foreign government or any integral part thereof or any foreign colony or dependency. which agreement hinds said foreign government to furnish a certain number of emigramts to such tiansportation company or to make payments to such company or companies in case thheamgreed numer of emigrants are not furnished or do not apply for passage. Shall be excluded fem admission to the United States. a
