In other words. an order was issued by the lower court to block the President of the United States from carrying out a series of actions that he wants to carry out. but could not because he lacks the authority. It is a huge. significant constitutional matter. If you remember. colleagues. it wasnt too long ago that we had a national debate and vote about reforming immigration laws in the United States. I believe that was not a good reform. We debated it and it failed in the Congress.
