Speaker. today I would like to recognize Mr. Jacob Gann. a senior at Cherokee High School. in Georgias 11th District. for his efforts to understand the legislative process. and for his interest in issues that affect the American people. He crafted his very own billto clarify and improve our immigration process. Young people who are devoted to understanding the issues are our nations future leaders. I would like to recognize Jacob for his hard work and perseverance over the last year to learn about our governments billmaking process.
