They said that number is increasing. I believe it is increasing rather rapidly. and we are going to see more of it in the future. If you dont have a system to identify people who overstay their lawful entry. then you do not have a lawful system of immigration. It is just that simple. For a host of reasons. this system should be based on fingerprints.
