After all. this is America. And so to argue that its not amnesty. first I would back up just a little bit. Mr. Speaker. and point out that the language that is comprehensive immigration reform. that phrase encompasses amnesty. And the administration has argued. and the Open Borders Lobby has consistently argued that they are not for amnesty:. theyre opposed to amnesty. And yet. theyre proposing that everybody be forgiven. and all of those who are not convicted of a felony or thiee serious misdemeanors. if you havent had your fingerprints taken in America. they want to give you amnesty.
