There may be some people who will have to answer if they voted for this fence and then didnt vote to fund it. Why not? Why shouldnt they be held to account on that? We are facing some difficult choices. The American people are concerned about the issue. Fundamentally. the American people are correct. They have good and decent instincts. This Nation is a nation of laws. And on immigration we can have laws that work. That is what we are looking to do. I dont know of anyone else who wishes to speak at this time. I suggest the absence of a quorum.
