I have heard him speak articulately on it. It is a matter of legitimate concern for the American people. The American people are not antiimmigrant. They do not want to punish immigrants. They believe in immigration. But they want a lawful system of immigration that serves the just interests of the United States of Americanot a system that makes a mockery of the law. They have been asking for it to be fixed for 30 years. and no President and no Congress has responded to their cry. I am going to tell you. they are going to be heard this November.
