That force is so powerful that even if we shut off all illegal people coming across the border. even if we shut off the jobs magnet here in the United States. even if we end birthright citizenship to shut off that magnet. that does nothing to shut off the $65 billion worth of illegal drugs. And that is why we have got to build a fence. and that is why we have got to build a wall. That is not an administrative decision on whether to enforce or not. whether to deploy people or not. or whether to actually arrest them and prosecute them. That is a physical barrier. not an administrative decision. That is why it is important. Mr. Speaker. And I would be happy to yield to my friend from Virginia who raised this issue with a powerful voice on immigration.
