I think we crossed it even with the Cornyn amendment. I reluctantly oppose the amendment. But I want to give assurance to the Senator from West Virginia that we will monitor this very closely. He is on our side the leader on the Appropriations Committee. We have talked over his general concerns on a wide range of issues relating to immigrants. We remember the border security issue of a couple years ago. and he was very involved in wanting to make sure of the integrity of the system. He was very involved in the debate on those questions. This subject matter is not a new matter for him.
