Do you think you can go down to Uncle Sam. Mr. President. and have 5 years of income and then be able to pick and choose which years you pay and you only pay 3 out of your last 5 years? Why dont we let every American citizen have this benefit? Why do we only give it to people who entered the country illegally? You tell me. What about background checks? The bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to do them on illegal aliens. That is going to be exceedingly difficult. They are required to do it within 90 days.
