One young girl there was 18 years old. just graduating from high school. who wants to go on to college. They have no money. Her folks work. They have a modest income. We know what college tuitions are like. She came here as a 3yearold when her folks fled the strife in El Salvador. She is now 18. She is undocumented. She has no papers. She cannot get any loans to go to college.
