It is not a pleasant thing. So I am concerned about a program that lets people come in under todays circumstances. but who may not have a job. or at least there wont be enough jobs for everybody in tomorrows circumstances. Given that fact. doesnt it make sense to consider the economic realities in how many permits you issue. and especially If you are saying folks wont go home. to be very careful about the number of visas that you issue for these lowskilled workers because you have to consider tomorrows lack of employment opportunity as well as todays full employment opportunity? I have sort of posited several different thoughts and questions inferred there. If you could just each give me your general take on what I have said.
