So I take it we have got a pretty good rule. and I will not talk anymore about that. and I hope everyone will support it. But before I yield back all of my time and move the previous question. I would like to point out that I do not think there is anything in this bill. in fact I have been assured by the gentleman from California and the gentleman from Pennsylvania that there is nothing in here. that this is an Englishonly bill. I dont know where that came from. The gentleman from California mentioned it as part of some kind of antiimmigrant plot. Not so. There is none of that in here.
