They will be able to see the pretense of voting one way when you believe another. so that you can avoid voting on the substance and say this is a bad thing. for us to condemn forced abortions. we shouldnt do that. it is a bad thing for us to deny visas for those involved in it. it is a bad thing for the U.S. Government to condemn religious persecution. the persecution of minorities in China. Tibet.
