In order to stop the flow of drugs from coming in here. or at least to cut back about 80 percent. which is what is necessary for us to increase the price of drugs on the streets and reduce the amount that is available. that is flooding our streets. and make the job of demand easier. then we have to do things in the source countries to reduce the flow of drugs out of Colombia. Peru. Bolivia. places like that. Mexico. and we have to stop the drugs when they are coming across our coastal waters. but we also have to stop them at our borders. That is where the Border Patrol comes in. the Coast Guard comes in. DOD. DEA. everybody. but Customs is a very important part of that.
