Session #105 · 1997–99

Speech #1050107149

And that is what we started from. The rest of the work primarily was going through the results of the computer match because we wanted to determine to the maximum extent possible what names had to be eliminated because they had proof of citizenship at time of registration to vote. So most of the work. contrary to what one might expect from a Republican majority task force. was not devoted to finding additional noncitizen voters but rather to prove that we could verify and document the results presented here. Let me report now on what we discovered in terms of number of votes. After doing the computer check. eliminating obvious mismatches. we had an original number of 7.841 suspect votes.
