From those 1.163. with the aid of the Los Angeles district office of the INS. 305 have been identified as noncitizen voters in Orange County. so add the 124 and the 305. those are rockhard certain voters who are noncitizens. At that point the Director of the INS in Los Angeles was told by his superiors in Washington to no longer cooperate. That was in late March. early April.
