But. while no one sees it as perfect. everyone should see it as good. It is fair. it is balanced. and it will serve our country well. It will balance the budget. It will invest in education and training. It will provide tax relief to the middle class. It will protect Medicare. It will provide health care coverage to millions of children. It will throw a life vest to disabled legal immigrants. It will invest in environmental protection. move people from welfare to work. and will make life better for millions of ordinary working Americans. So I urge my colleagues to put aside as much challenge as they can.
