The outcome has been the same each time. and each time we have had a new amendment we have had some new sob story where we picked out a little blueeyed girl 3 years old or younger or something. I am just saying I would like to settle the issue. I think the Senate has decided on the deeming issue. and I think the decision that we have made is you ought not to be able to come to America as an immigrant to go on welfare. We are having to go about that in different ways through different bills. My point is I do not know what the seventh or eighth or ninth amendment is going to do.
