And. then. if the foreign worker gets paid less. which means that an American company on the one hand is competing with this company and the second company has an advantage because they are paying their foreign workers less. and therefore they have a competitive advantage. the American workers at the second company lose their jobs. too. So we want to try. to the extent we can. to make sure the current law is being enforced. When we come back to the issues of legal immigration. we will have an opportunity to address some of those items. which I think are very. very high priority. Mr. President.
