So the notion that everyone who is here undocumented has children on AFDC is nonsense. pure nonsense. The GAO reported back in 1992 that 2 percent of the funds are going to the children of undocumented aliens. two percent of the funds. That puts it in perspective. Remember what the gentleman from California said.
