An era ended in Delaware on Wednesday. September 8. with the death of Francis A. Reardon at the age of 88. Francis Reardon was born in Wilmington. DE. in 1905. the son of Irish immigrants. He attended the local Catholic schools in Wilmington. and he graduated in 1928 from my alma mater. the University of Delaware. He came down here and went to Georgetown Law School.
