We have it in English and in Spanish. The gentleman from California originally brought it up. and later on we will be glad to talk about it. But the point is this: All we are suggesting is that there is a genuine crisis in immigration. that all the people should be required to do is. in order to get the Federal money. have a written policy that they will not provide services to illegal aliens. We actually have an additional provision in here which says. if it is a MediCal emergency. of course they can provide the policy. That is written into the amendment.
