Mr. Chairman. I thank my good friend. the gentleman from New Mexico for yielding to me. I think my friend would agree that it is not one solution that is going to solve the problem of immigration. I would ask my colleagues. along with the gentleman from California . on the different bills we do have come up that we would attempt to solve the problem There is a problem in this country and I think it is recognized. We can do this fairly. We can do it legally. and I would ask that I can work with my colleagues on each of these bills.
