Session #103 · 1993–95

Speech #1030013986

I think that is stretching it a little bit far. My distinguished friend from New York said 100.000 ballots were not eligible. they were thrown out during the campaign. He did not say how many of them were by not illegal aliens. but were people who were not registered to vote who were American citizens who were allowed to vote by the clerks and the judges in the precincts. That is where part of your problem might be. But those ineligible to vote could have beenand overwhelmingly. probably wereAmerican citizens that the clerks and the judges allowed to vote at the precinct. So. when you say 100.000 of them. you paint with a broad brush they are all illegal aliens. But they probably are not. They are probably in the minority.
